In reply to <a href="https://strategies.schallundstille.de/en/liner-notes-en/track-10-the-artist-in-the-vineyard-2/#comment-137">Eduardo</a>.

Thank you so much… and thank you for listening :-)

I'm not sure what I'll do next. I have a more than enough songs for a double album about my experiences at the animal sanctuary. But after "Strategies…" I have the feeling I can't go back to peddling my stuff on the internet, and of course I can't repeat what I have done with "Strategies…". And I don't have the people to do it live… but I guess time will tell.

Again, so many thanks for being part of this!

Thank you for sharing so much over the course of Strategies Against Algorithms. :) Your art certainly talks to us, no cringe or bewilderment attached. Ultimately, you are right that we ought to find our own ways to continue sharing our art, in a way which... well, I'm having a hard time coming up with the right words, but "respect for artists" would be something in that direction. Our will to make art needs to surpass any attempt from big companies to sterilize it and suppress our desires.

In the meantime, I have incorporated Black And White into my copy of the album, thus keeping it integral. It is a beautiful track. The associated mourning, as hurtful as it is, is also a sign that she had a good life and was loved a lot, so that too is something worth celebrating.
